Our Longer Stories Collection has been getting a ton of submissions lately. Seriously, the response has been amazing. So many talented writers have sent us stories that stretch the imagination, bend the rules of genre, and remind us why we love doing what we do.
That said… we’re officially pressing pause on new submissions for a little while. Our inbox is overflowing (in the best way possible), and we want to make sure every story we’ve already received gets the time and attention it deserves. The creativity and quality of the stories that have come in have blown us away. We wish we could publish them all.
Don’t worry, though. This isn’t a long break. We plan to reopen submissions at the beginning of 2026, once we’ve caught up and cleared the current queue.
If you’ve been working on something for the collection, one of those “too long for a short story, too short for a novel” tales, hang onto it! We’ll be back and ready to read again in a few short months.
To everyone who’s already submitted: thank you. We’ll be getting back to you with a response in the next week or so.
For now, we’ll be reading, editing, and dreaming right alongside you. See you in 2026, refreshed, recharged, and ready for more stellar storytelling.
